No-Return Policy

All sales are final due to our fabrics being cut from the roll. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@upholsteryfabricbytheyard.comΒ if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Fabric Yardage Claim Policy

All fabric must be inspected and measured before cutting. Any yardage shortage claim must be reported before the fabric is cut, washed, altered, installed, or used. Photos showing the full fabric length with a visible tape measure are required. Once fabric has been cut or altered, yardage claims cannot be verified and may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.

Non-Returnable Items

As each fabric is cut specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason beyond damage or defect.
